Shuffle your shoes and make some noise at Neisha’s Dance & Music Academy! Our tap dance lessons help children of all ages explore rhythm and syncopation by isolating their feet to make music. Beginner classes start at age 2 and go all the way through the teenage years.

Tap Classes for Every Age & Skill Level
Our tap dance lessons are taught on a skill level basis and separated into age groups.
We offer beginner classes for all ages. Once your dancer has the basics down, they’ll move into our level 2 tap classes, where they’ll learn to build combinations in a group environment. Lessons then continue to levels 3-6.
Audition For Our Performance Tap Dance Lessons
Is your dancer ready to take their tap classes to the next level? Consider letting them audition for our performance tap-dancing teams! Tappin’ Kids is our performance dance team for ages 6-9, and our Tap Team offers performance tap for ages 13 and up. Ask your tap instructor for more information.
Tap to the beat in our tap dance classes. Our instructors teach children how to recognize rhythm and musical timing through toe taps, timed shuffles, and other precise movements.
